Nine-Hole Golf Course on a less than 1-Acre Property
When I started this project, this .67-acre property in an HOA subdivision had a large, unsightly retention pond in back and overgrown grass measuring over six feet tall in a easement area beneath power lines.
I leveled the grass and turned this previously unused space into
a backyard retreat, featuring a private 9-hole golf course, where
the homeowner enjoyed hosting annual events.

Nine-Hole Golf Course on a 5-Acre Property w/Pond
In less than four months, I installed and cultivated a 9-hole golf course
on this 5-acre property, including nine t-boxes and a par three over a
half-acre pond. I also planted new flowers, relocated and pruned existing plants and shrubs, including multiple hydrangeas, blueberry bushes,
and two rows of muscadine vines, which bloomed beautifully and produced delicious fruit in the spring and summer.
